Exploring Developing Countries Market (Problems) and some answers for them
Post 1 of 1
I have been tring to explore various markets in developing countries as viewfront.I encounter three major problems about the various markets:

1)Leads are generally not responded immediatly.
2)Inspite of a big company database and a good reputation one can not find market easily in the general market
3)Unprofessional behaviour at workplace regarding time, appointment etc.

eg:I recently visited a HR at HCL one of the biggest giant companies in India there i encountered the same problem I had a appointment with the HR but he kept me waiting for about 3 hours and still he didnt came up at the reception to meet me.Sme case happened with a senior HR at Flex industries limited.(a big indian company)
I called and tracked many queries in markets of countries like Pakistan,Bangladesh and UAE.with some branded products and stuffs everytime the concern person there looked at the products and said would tell me afterwards. And many weeks passed by and they still didint even got time to see the proposal (just an excuse).

I tried to examine the scenereos and tried to alter some things which worked well in some cases.
1)I hired up 2 female tele callers who called and immediatly got responses(funny but true!!)
2)I made my tone a bit hard while tracking back the trade queries involving two junior people with me in which one looked more or less like a foreigner it also worked well.

i would like to ask others to share what they can put to this post.
