The successful business is base on several terms: the good quality, the prompt delivery, the transportation, the insurance, after service, ect., but i think the service attitude is very important during the business.
When we take the orders from our customer,there are not only the goods, profit,but also with the good relationship,they are on the basis of responsibility,friendship,mutual rely, mutual benefit....
So, the enthusiasm, responsibility,actual business all will come throungh in the service attitude.
The customers are our sales' friends,so why not offer the good service to them?

Attitude is importantin everwhere.

I remember a story about a balloon seller: The balloon seller was selling balloons on the beach. When he feels that the sale is coming down, he will fly off some hydrogen filled balloons - balloons of all bright colors such as red, blue.... The children who see the balloons on the sky will come to him and thus his business will improve. Suddenly he felt that somebody is touching his legs. He found a small boy and the boy asked: If you are sending a black balloon, will it fly? He replied: My son, it is not the color of the balloon but the substance inside make it fly.

This is true in life too. It is the substance inside will make us fly and that is the ATTITUDE.
