In China, there is a saying "Customer is our God", so suppliers always offer the best service as well as quality products. Yep, it is absolutely right because nobody will accept bad service and bad products. This is good to buyers.

However, I will say, the most important is Business Information. Who get the earliest business information, who will win. If selles master the BI (business information), they will be buyers' God. What's the best BI? I think it should be the thirsty demand of consumers, it should be the products that can offer consumers better life, it should be the service that facilitate consumers and their life, it should be the innovation of our world or the products, etc. There is an example as Alibaba. Alibaba make business men do busness earlier. It is the innovation for business. For instance again, MP3 & MP4 player changes the life of people and most of people are willing to buy one though it is expensive.

So, when you get the best Business Information, you will say "Oh, I am God".

Replying to [detronic]: I think it may not that they are trying to fool you, Every mother thinks her child is best in the world, same way every manufacturer feels their product is best and hence they are just counting the positive points. it may happened that they may overlook negatives. but if you are clear in your concept and with defined specification then you can evaluate the products on your scale.
