In world, everybody needs garment which offers people huge markets and billions of people are involved into garment business. Even though there are so many sellers, they can make profits.

However, do they those sellers find "Bule Ocean" for their sales? What's the blue ocean for apparel business? Sicne so many people sell shoes, dresses, etc., for example, can you plan to do the business which can assist those sellers? They sell dress, so you provide them with the model, labels, etc.

Above is just my thought. Please give your idea about this kind of business. The more, the better. I hope all people can get inspiration from this topic.

Open a new Market and Explore a new business way need waste much funds and life time ! Even, After you Open your Market sucess, Other Competitior will come and compete with you !
So, Why some one need to open!? In fact, Profit just a short time.
Competition appereas everywhere ! Not everyone can persist all the time !
So, Most Business dealer Just only need Security Investment

Replying to [Peter Chan]: On my view, Blue Ocean is exist, but need to create. A good design will not be popular if it havn't been advertised. So you have to spend time and money to get it known by your customers and then it will get a good market.

Meanwhile, it is very hard for a company to create a Blue Ocean by its self. As it via 3 steps to do this, develop, advertise and then produce. In order to reduce to cost and get good result for these 3 steps, you have to get prefessional groups to do all these.

So I think Blue Ocean is belongs to the company can do all these parts and get big margin.

I think it is about targeting a special niche market where no competitors can copy your value added services. Relationship with clients is very important to build up that kind of long term business partnership.

Nowadays every company can produce or sell the same or similar products. So, the only way to tap this blue ocean, is by offering something very unique, never done before, a special service that will keep them ordering from you.

I might be right or wrong. Anyway please let me know your comment.

I have a business in USA and India.

The blue ocean for USA market, I can suggest, is Hispanic and Asian market. Hispanic population is 45 MM and they are underserved. Asian population is 13MM and is growing rapidly.

I suggest some manufacturers in China partner with USA companies for event promoters such as concert, movie producers.

I hope this gives some insight for USA blue ocean market.
