FCO (Full corporate offer) = Sompurna Pratishthanic Nibedan
Pro-forma Invoice = Prak-Chalan
Contracts = Chukti
Letter of credit = Rin Patra
SL/C: Standyby letter of credit = Opekkhoman Rin Patra
DL/C: Documentary letter of credit = Dalil Shonkranto Rin Patra
RL/C: Revolving letter of credit = Ghurnayoman Rin Patra
Invoice = Chalan
Certificate of origin = Utsher Sanad Patra
Quality and quantity certificates = Maan o Parimaaner Sanad Patra
Custom clearance documents = Kastom Khalash Dalil (a Persian & Arabic Term)
Bank exchange documents = Bank Adan-Prodan Dalil
Other fiscal documents = Onnanya Barshik Dalil
But, most of the Bangladeshi traders are used to the English terms.
