Thanks for the tip!

But I am urgently looking for a specifc sample or document....

I have a possible buyer in a different country who is interested in purchasing this product. Fourtunately, I know a maunfacturer in the United States that produces them.

If I send the price sheet with catalogue and web site, wouldn't the customer want to contact the manufacturer directly and leave me with nothing?

In order for me to avoid this problem, don't I need to come up with letter or document asking for protection of my company? Perhaps work based on commission? I guess, I need to write a negotiation letter to the manufacturer to protect me when my customer is trying to skip me in the process...

What kind of sample letters do you have in mind in case like this???

Looking forward to your kind attention.

Thank you.
DAVID

Replying to [kihousa]: dear David!
at first you can send all product specification with your Compony contact information only or specify You as a legal Representative or Ditributor of this manufacturer (if you are!) and don't show web site.

The second: all business relations are based on a legal Agreement between the parties. Any way you can stipulate a specific point in it wich will protect Your Company from futher manipulations. You can also adress to the lawyer-firm and they will advice You the correct way!

Sencirely,
I do hope my informatian is actual for You and will be helpfull,
Viktoria
