Below is the most important documents for international trade business, in order of negotiations:

LOI (Letter of Intention)

BCL (Bank confort letter)

FCO (Full corporate offer)

Pro-forma Invoice

ICPO (Irrevocable corporate purchase order)

Contracts

Letter of credit

SL/C: Standyby letter of credit

DL/C: Documentary letter of credit

RL/C: Revolving letter of credit

Invoice

Certificate of origin

Quality and quantity certificates

Packing list

Bill of lading

Airway bill of lading

Railway bill of lading

Charter Part

Custom clearance documents

Bank exchange documents

Other fiscal documents

To avoid problems it is always important to certify all documents are originals and not fake.

Replying to [Ranger]:AIRWAY BILL LORRY RECEIPT RAILWAY RECEIPT Bill of lading etc are endoresed to another person but the above receipts cannot be transfered to another person or company Also Irrevocable Letter of credit from a Prime Bank is a good document in export/import Quality Inspection certificate Certificate of Origin Insurance The above three are another important document to safe gaurd the product and get the products in a safe mode thanking you
