What actions are taken by Alibaba if I report a Scam?

I receive minimum 3 messages in my Alibaba in box regarding a huge amount kept in box without a proper legal heirer and the fellow sending the mail wish to transfer it to my busines and I shall get a good amount from it....
Every time I get such a mail, I will report it as spam. I would like to know what actions are taken by Alibaba after I report a mail as spam. In more than 2 times, even after reporting spam, I got the same mail from the same id. I dont know why does it happen.
