if you want to open accounting to accept or send money from foreign. you must establish a company in bank. all china bank must be charged of goverment.they control ex-change.
and we trust goverment. so we like to use bank for accept money from foreign.
maybe when you knew china bank and ex-change law. then you will understand why chinese dislike to use paypal.
we still trust goverment bank! it's result.

it needs a visa card,if you are not a verified member,you need to take 4 to 6 business day from the bank in usa,and then the bank post to china,i have $225 in my paypal account,i don't know how can i deal with it.

Replying to [whitegobDOTcom]: most asian country dont have paypal payment because of their unstable banking system like here in the philippines.i can accept paypal or credit card payment thru *** which takes about 3-4 days to be cleared.

It's really not convenient to use Paypal in China, it's new and expensive to us and but a few of us are still using Paypal at our end. We also hope Paypal authorities will take more measures in marketing their business in China.
