I want to do a poll, but there is no voting system here. [em9] So, I have to ask and hope you guys can reply.

Most Chinese suppliers are honest, or did you get swindled by them? [em11]

Tell us your experience. Sharing is good, right?

Hi, that's our story, maybe helps somebody:

We've bought some memory stick cards from shenzhen singgod digital technology co.,ltd company 6 months

ago. We paid them for the products and 2 months later (the delivery time expected was 3 days only) they

told us that can't produce the goods we ordered and promised to return us our money. They promised it

again and again and time passed by and they NEVER RETURNED US THE MONEY and didn't want to talk to us.

Then we talked with our HK lawyers to solve it and singgod promised them to pay again and again but again

didn't. Another 3 months later our laywers told us that there's no way to recover the money in a friendly

way, so we now have started all the process for the legal way and judgement against singgod right now. We

write this because maybe can help you (or your company) before place an order to this company. Maybe they

send you the goods you paid for, but maybe they only KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING as in our case.

If you want to know more about this guys, pls email me at jim_ixm@hotmail.com Best regards.

Hello cheebies, maybe you can help me. I order some products from this chinese website, I mean I have been prdering from other chinese suppliers but they have been honest enough in sending the products but this company I did not know was thief. I would love you help. The websites are sellsportshoes.com, longteng-biz.com or shoe-trade.net. Their msn is: faithfulsupplier@hotmail.com and their email is sellsportshoes@yahoo.com.cn.

The person who I sent payment to via money gram is Teng Guan but the person who send you email is some lady name Susan. They have ripped me of $200, I know it may seem to be a small amount compared to others who have been ripped off, but something need to be done abou these dishinest people. Everyday I see him on the messenger and he/she won't respond to me. I have tried using a different mesenger and they thought I was a fool to be tricked again. Everytime they say they will be sending these days. But I have seen that $$$$ as a loss. I am going to contact the police in the ciyt where there company is located and make a complaint asap. But I would like to know if there is another way or any company who deals with fraudelent people like this supplier. I know China has some honest supplier because I there is some who I do continuous business with.

Is there any way you can help. Thanks in advance.

Replying to [nudhey]: My only advice is if you are trying to trade with a well established company in China, look them up on the yellow pages and if it isn't there, chances are that its a fake company. Search through yellow pages until you find a company that would export the products you want.

Hello pikey and above guys, I am so sorry for your money lossing. But it's a learning curve, for not not doing enough due diligence about your Chinese suppliers.

If you're not sure whether it's a genuine factory or a sacammer, you should use a Chinese helper.
