Replying to [black pearl]: I have been in the same your shoes twice in two weeks. The first time was the same as you, tracking did't work, then a few days later it does work, but it was not for me, it went to lady in a different country, I got scammed but only for $140. Now more recently I ordered from a company in China, after I paid I did not hear from them for 4 days. Then they apologize and send me a tracking number. Same as you it did not work. For 2 more days it don't show anything. Then on the third day it was working, so now I have to wait and see if it is my order and if I got what I ordered. It is kind of nerve racking. I am trying to find more trustworthy suppliers and secure ways of payment that assure me I will get my orders.

How can you guarantee the products they're selling are brand new instead of refurbished or second hand? What about the after sales service?

If the tracking No. can't be showed up on the UPS internet after 1-2 day, the sender must have given you a wrong or fake No. Most likely, the sender is a frauder.
