If you purchase a merchandise, and you request some spare parts % to your factory; what is the best way to be safe and make sure the factory will dispatch all the spare parts in the correct quantities?

Replying to [MikePTY-HK]:i would prefer to go persoanlly there or to send a employee... or - to find a third party to check the loading conditions and quantities... that is what i do normally working with european suppliers - they are often doing mistakes...
