Reliable Copper Cathode Suppliers in Africa?

Hi All,
Well, have been reading up on the Fraud and Scammers related to Copper Cathodes but I cannot seem to find any reliable suppliers in group. I am now in Dar es Salaam for a few days, pursuing an empty lead, seller ran away as soon as we got on ground. What to do? Need Copper Cathodes but don't want to waste my time dealing with scammers and sifting through all the so-called "mine representatives"....

We have about 60 clients all over the world looking for copper cathodes 99,99% LME Standard (NOT LME REGISTERED).
We have been let down by our current supplier.
We have FCO's/contracts for 1,000MT upto 5,000MT per month.
Some clients are waiting to deposit their L/C.
All clients asking CIF delivery in 20' containers.
Kindly inform if you have the possibility to supply the goods.

If real coppe is needed and if you are ready to pay a reasonable price (not what you see on the net), you can conatct me via trade manager.

We undewent the same scenerio but now we can say that we are successful in procuring Copper cathods from africa. we are based in Australia and our supplier is based in Malaysia and Africa. Kindly let us know your required quantity.We can arrange it for you too. Our current buying price id USD$6300.00 which includes our $100 PMT commission.

The answer is simple as: ask for FOB price, no money to be exchanged, till delivered at port, and then check.
Anyone insisting on CNF or CIF, want money up front. Now it is in the Buyers hands.
