HeHeeee Mike, that's really funny (in a nice way)!!!

That sort of practice is unlawful in most western countries for RESTRICTION OF TRADE where the powerful are not allowed to collude with Suppliers to lock out the weak (well, in theory at least). That's one reason why we call our system "FREE ENTERPRISE".

The sensible commercial way is to use your superior financial position to "buy" your competitor's company. That way you can sleep at night with a good conscience and get all your competitor's customers.

It also avoids the risk of your competitor hiring a few six foot guys to take you for a little walk ... hardly uncommon in China don't you think?

Mike, there's only two real ways to leverage a competitor out of the same factory.

1.  Buy everything that the factory you like produces.

2.  Buy the factory.

Or you could call CIA and tell them there were Moslem-looking persons going in and out in his factory carrying small packages of suspicious white powder. After it is bombed, you can buy the rubble at a discount price.

You have to do a combination of all these:
1. Espionage or intelligence network.
2. Sabortage their market.
3. Cut off their best suppliers.
4. Dump their markets.
5. Get their Cash Cows and Star Performer products and make them cheaper and sell to thier customers.
6. Get hold of their best people in the top management, pay them a 50% increase in their present salary and provide them all the perks.
7. The killing blow - cut off their financing, go to bankers and capital ventures and hijack their fundings.
