You can set up a representative office in China and send your staff here. Or you can hire a local purchasing agent to do the same job but , with less cost.

Replying to [mohamadalkady]: sir, if you want open the branches in China, You should prepare following document:
1. your company license(head office)
2. your import license
3. bank certification for your head office
4. Authorized letter for repensentitive(if the repensentative is not the general manager from head office)
5. resume for all repensentitives
6. Rent contract(the office in China)
7. The resistence report( when you come china, you should find the house and get the permission of china foreign management)
8. health report from china
9. ...some application form by english and chinese
......
There have some offices who can help you to get all documents which you need to register one office in China, you just pay some money(it's about USD1200), they will get the chinese company license, National tax and local tax certification, one year visa, company chop, opening back account documents and some other nessary documents for you. It will take about 30-45days.
For more details, we should check exactly. As I worked in representitive office before, i helped my boss to get all those documents. maybe there have small changes in documents, most of them will be the same.
