Hello udaman... (lol, love the name)

To report a fraudulent seller to Alibaba... I recommend going to the top of this page and click on the Help link.  That brings you to a page where on the left navigation bar it has a link that is second from the bottom that says, "Contact Us".  From there, it brings you to a contact us form.  There is a drop down box where you pick your Question type.  Choose Complaining about spam, fraud and fake products.  Then complete the remainder of the form and click  the submit button.

Actually in My Alibaba - Alibaba.com's inquiry admin tool, when you receive a fraudulent message, you can click "Spam" button to report it.
