    Johnleo, I think this has to be revisited.  Leaving your email address does not necessarily mean your posting a trade lead.   Many times new members will ask for advice and leave their email address without promoting a product or a service.   This board is afterall for  promoting free trade thru a better understanding of all practices and devices involved in forming trade relationships. 

     Case in point:  If I see a post and someone wants to understand something better I drop my email.  I'am not dropping it to promote  my business but as an avenue for that member to get involved in a learning process. 

     I do agree that in droping an email there should be no reference to the sale of a product or service or buying lead.  But, then too you need to evaluate it on a case by case basis especially with a new member.   Were here also to promote the site for the greater good.  I for one do not look on this as being a hall monitor or policeman.   I have had discussions on this board that may seem volitile but through those discussions have come new ideas and presented food for thought not only for me but for all members reading the thread.     Also, by posting my own e-mail I have had the opportunity to link sucessful business men from around the globe with novices in world trade.  English may be the prefered mode of communication but by placing these people together with members that speak the same language there is a better understanding.   With this understanding comes a trust and a bond with the other.  If they get their help on Alibaba from an Alibaba member are they not more likely to return here for their supplier or their buyers.  Yet at the same time this new found advisor may have nothing to do with their business yet the novice can now recommend them as someone who was honest in their dealings and development. 

     At the very top of this board under discussion is Finding Trade Partners.  At the very least I believe the creator of this site wanted to promote this the most and that this is our obligation as moderators to promote the same.

Very well put Ranger and I will take on board what you have said.I totally agree that this Board should be used for obtaining information,bettering Business Skills and making friends.

But some of the posts are nothing but Trade Leads,and I can understand why poeple do it,especially when business is slow.

What I would ask other Members to do is respect this Forum and use it as you have very well laid out.
