If you are honest enough, how come you are so afraid to let me know that my customers have come to your company for businesses which in the end you are supposed to pay me the commission which has never happened. While later on all they come back to me and tell me about their visit to your factories?

Replying to [sammy_sung]:It is terrible that those that are new to doing business with China companies learn how not to do business the hard way. LOSE, LOSE, LOSE I just lost $1400. I ordered a Slush machine from Hommy Enterprise. When I got it, it was used and didn't work right. I wish there was some way I could get my money back. But the energy I'm putting into doing so has made my ability to make money and positive time minimal. I will not stop lettingh people know about this company.
follow these rules whenever dealing with china or any 2nd or 3rd world countries.
1. never ever send any deposit cash to any company either big or small. 2. only do either d/p sight or l/c sight with inspection especially if it is first time. 3. always use an inspection company and nominate them in your letter of credit.
I'm sure it will cost you more than the 9k you sent them to hire a lawyer etc. so better just take this bitter drink and follow the rule next time. especially for china and india there are too many factories and competition is cut throat.

Hi. I am sorry to hear your problems with the Chinese companies. But I suggest you take firmer measures to give pressure on them to make them refund your money. What you can do is to find a lawyer in China to represent you to contact them directly. If necessary, to go to court for the recovery of the money. If you just ignore the problem, you will come across more similar problems in the future. Many times the best policy is to defend by all legal and possible means what you should deserve.
Replying to [sammy_sung]: I have one question, how can we verify that the Buyer is trustworthy? As in the first order they may pay, in the next ones we never know.
so it is really important to make a good contract with parties concerned to sign with company seal. Suggest you find a legal counsel to help with the procedures to avoid the same mistake to happen again.
