Replying to [gr8ideas]: Hello, did you manage to find a debt collector or someone that did the job properly as I need one too. Yongkang Develop Hardware co. ltd is the company I am having trouble with. I placed my order, paid then they said the price was wrong and I had to pay more for EEC. I paid more but then they said they could not supply all the goods just half. I accepted the half order on the umderstanding they would refund the difference but now they haven't made the refund or sent the EEC certificates. I would like someone to go and collect them for me!!
Do you have a written agreement with YongKang? (We need a photocopy of the document, you keep the original). Name of the debtor and the where about(debtor's office would be good).

No unfortunately I didn't get any response. It seems Chinese people don't want to accept that there are fraudsters out there ripping customers off.
I will certainly let you know if I find someone though.
Sorry to hear about your mis-fortune.
Cheers
Vicki
Vicki, we hate fraudsters which give us Chinese people bad name.
Same as my previous replies to others. I will need written agreement/receipts, name and location of the debtor.

Does anyone know of a debt collection agency in Shenzhen, China. 10 months ago I paid Mr Nick Chu of Huaze Industrial for an order and he never delivered the goods. He promises daily to return my money but never does and I now need someone who is actually based in Shenzhen to go and visit him.
Calling and emailing do nothing, I need someone there who can collect my money and no leave until they have it and return it too me.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Vicki
Vicki,
If I could, I really hope to help you out.
But, I think it's helpless reporting this case and other similiar cases to local police in China.
I personally think our govenment should have some specific regulation on this international scamming. All scammer should be punished.
