we are a manufacturer of paper products,but our products is in very good quality and we try to offer our best service to the customer.but most of them just say hello or search a price only.how can I do and what our service will interest in the customer?

I guess this is one of the main problems of trying to establish a business relationship online.

The buyers have no way of knowing or checking out your quality and can fall prey to others that offer lower prices but poorer quality. Therefore, you would have to come up with a way to get them to try your products before rejecting them.

In addition, there are many scammers that lurk around. They offer unrealistic prices and if the buyers do not have an idea of the prices, they get sucked into a relationship, albeit a fraudulent one, with the scammers. And, worse, once a buyer has been burnt, it makes it even more difficult for a genuine supplier to develop a business relationship with the buyer.

Replying to [cnvic]:I think the service include these points: First, even if the buyer just asked the price, we can provide them our experience on this product such as its market scope, aim customer and so on. We can also advise suitable products after knowing more information about buyers. Second, If we begin our business with buyers and get the orders, we should try our best to solve all the problems happened in the producing process and feedback to buyers necessary information. Good service is not only including these two points, but we can do it if we think on our customers' point.
