For all of you that are new members to Alibaba I would suggest that you download and use trade manager. Instead of the long drawn out email's that you recieve you can send and recieve messages in real time. You can also recieve pricing documents directly through Trade Manager. I would also suggest that you purchase a subscription to Skype which is a (VOIP) Voice Over Internet Phone so that you can economically contact your suppliers. Do not however give out your SKYPE ID in any forum as you will tend to be bombarded by internet spammers.

I acknowledge these benefits in TM & appreciate your advice to newbies but I have a real problem with TM.

In attempting to leave a message to members in the forum I get a message from TM saying that I must first upgrade my membership in order to make contact or add to contacts list.
Is this correct?
How do I add a contact if I don't know their member ID?

Any suggestions?

Replying to [Ozzy]:Everybody here, don't be worried about the problem. It is easy to resolve. 1. One who would like to find customer here, u can publish your MSN or ID and so on there. U shouldn't to trouble the lots message if u would like to find the real customer. 2. On the other hand. one who would like to find supplier here. U don't like many message to trouble. U can reply the good thread to ask the hoster to leave a message or the MSN and ID here. I think he/she would be pleased to do it for u. And let u can contact he/she later. U must be patience in some case if u would like to gain. Hope everybody here can find what/who u like.
