Replying to [detronic]:
Maybe that person in China cannot grasp how complex and serious the tax evasion in first world countries would be.In third world countries such as mine, people could not grasp that either.
It would not come to their mind that government could do such tight monitoring such as in your country.

Replying to [general]:Dear ms general
if you are realy a chinese and have experience on delivery small volume high value products by express to other country ,you should tell truth to detronic.
in fact , if you write exact value on the waybill or invoce of forwarder in china (please note it is invoce of forwarder ,use for declare to chinese custom only, not invoce of supplier use for import custom), the fowarder must suggest you write in a low price (all forwarders include FEDEX,DHL,TNT,UPS etc.do it like this),i don't think it only because for supplier's convenience! also it is for the forwarder's convenience(small value cargo can pass quickly and not need cheak), what this supplier's wrong is have not attached a invoice of themselves in real value for buyer's custom, this is just a error of supplier , maybe they know nothing about this at all !So there have no reason to post supplier HERE with name and detail address as a model be discuss . this is unfire to the supplier and not accord with the RULE of this forum?

Replying to [CBS team]:

Dear CBS, my Chad friend,

Hello,

Firstly, I?m absolutely a Chinese not a CHAD. And how about you on this question? lol [em3]

Regarding the ?truth?, only the seller who conducted this can give us a ?truth?. I?m not the conductor, so I can only give my ?points? for you all as refer. Well, my analysis on the reasons why the seller do under-value in my earlier response. You can find my original posts on page 1 for this topic.

For your left speaking, it is your points or experience on the similar case. I don?t make comments.

Have a good weekend,[em17]

Replying to [detronic]:I really appoligize, I have also encountered similar problem, My goods stuck at customs and officials were telling that it was under invoiced, I have submitted the proofs but they were not ready to cooperate, What I did I paid extra duty and release my goods as my production was hampered due to non avaialability of packing material.
