I think you have your sizes mixed up though. I haven't seen a 4,8,or 16 MB card in a long time. Are you talking about the game save cards for PS2? The smallest I have seen is 8MB and the largest is 64MB made by Intec. All memory currently produced is Nand flash. Nor flash is a dinasour.
