Secure your commission
Today, i am going to talk about one personal experience and hot issue now a days in china, that is commission.
For what everyone of us is working? surely answer will be for our own interests. What about the trade companies who worked a lot to search buyers and then get orders from them, find som potential suppliers and make succesful shipment and save payment delivery to companies but cant get commission from the factory? Why? whats are the reasons? How we can secure our commission living in china working as a trader or broker? These are the quesitons which born in every mind at that moment when we cant get our commission after all work.
here are a few tips under several experiences regarding the matter.
1:- Make some "Declaration on Oath" with seller and buyer to secure your business privacy to avoid seller and buyer direct contact.
2:- Use special Sales/Commission Contract to sign the commission with seller.
3:- In this contract write the responsibilities of seller's agent and buyer;s agent clearly.
4:- commission should not exceed "permission limit" for commissions in china.
5:- In contract write the name of "Beijing trade Arbitration." in sense if seller will not pay commission to you, you can ask this arbitration to handle the case.
6:- Register your commission contract under chinese and your country's law.
7:- Better to fix 30 to 40% commission in advance after recieving draft L/C and else after recieving L/C.
