Using Credit Card to pay Sample
Many new buyer confuse how to start having trade relationship, not because to choose the items to buy but more in having sample many scam company out there. In other hand many vendor also doubt about 1st trade relationship some buyer demand to have sample for free.
in a case that buyer is serious they will effort to pay sample and shipping because this 1 st shipment is usually very expensive compare with a whole one. but if buyer release payment vendor must ship the sample.
to make it fair maybe we can not use direct TT or WU. but better to use online merchant account service like Paypal or CCnow, because if one party not fulfill the obligation then other can cancel their obligation.
For seller in country that not supported by PP they can use CCnow, it is supported by PP,
