I know there is already one article on this site about Cheermore and there associates. The other one has suggested they were a fraudulent company but I just wanted to add how bad they are.
In the middle of March I spent a few weeks researching China Cheermore, Cheermore Inflatables and James Chan on the net. Nothing bad. So thinking they were a trust worthy company I decided to deal with them. James Chan was great. Every email I sent was replied promptly, Every question answered. He was very knowledgable. Ordered 13 items for the sum of $12930.00. and foolishly wired the money(full amount). I was told the production time would be 16-20 days. shipping another 22-26. On Apr 1(April fools day imagine the irony) James sent me an email telling me the money was received and production had now began. Then the emails stopped. Ask him questions for about a week with no response.
After the second week and a letter to the EIC I wrote another email. This one was responded to by a Sooner Chen. He also(sounding like James Chan) was very polite and helpful. He had told me that my product should be done by the next Friday. So I waited. The next Friday came and no word. I sent him 4 emails with no response. Just to check and make sure of my suspicions I sent him an email from another email address pretending to want to make an order as someone else. He responded.
$12930.00 a foolish mistake on my part? A lesson learned that I hope others will read this and not make this mistake.
