we have helped many companies in china and in other countries that have had problems with the order in one way or another.

Some time communication gets a little lost a long the way or both parties can't find a solution to their problems, this is where we can help.

We can help the buyer or the seller, as we can get all the information and give our advice to both sides in order to sort the situation to complete the deal.

It's not a end to business between either side, but this is a way to make business stronger as we will learn more about each other and want to continue into the future to benifit all of us.

Many times we see when we get involved in a situation there is always one side that feels let down and this can cause more problems because people will not listen and will get more unhappy.

We talk to both side and see which is the best way forward and not backwards, our payment is from the party that contact us, we can offer the service that is to your requirements.

Please contact us at cnexports@hotmail.com anytimes or use T/M, we are in UK and China, and have Chinese and English people to help your company. [em17]

buying samples from factories in china, what's the best way ?
many new buyers want to get samples from factories in China, this is a problem for both sides.
The buyer wants the sample free or just pay for shipping, the factory don't agree to this idea, so we are at a stand still !!
We need to understand some points that the sample in a factory is not a item in many cases left their for a buyer,, most factories don't make any products until they have a order, you would only see products that have been made for buyers/clients they would not have stock stuck in the warehouse waiting for buyers to place orders.

This means they have to make a new product for you as a sample or maybe wait for a production run to start, this is how samples can be a pain tosend out as the work for 1pcs is like making 100pcs, we all understand the more you make the lower the cost as the material can cost lower, and is far better making 10,000pcs of 1 product than making 10,000 pcs but they must not be the same designs.

When a buyer wants a sample from the factory, how do we know the sample was made by them?, let's say it was so now how do we know if the true production products will be to the same quality as the sample you like so much?
Or maybe the sample quality is not to your requirements, in this way the production could be made better for you, this depends on the factory and their staff.

Many samples are made for buyers, if the product is a common one the chances are the materials are ok because there will be many product factories selling parts for the product, if the sample is new deisgn then this can be a problem, you need to be sure of product testing, where the parts are made, whats about other production runs, new products will get good or bad feedback from buyers and their customers, later the design maybe changed to make it better, but someone will have the first stage problems due to being a new product.

If i wanted a mp3 player as a sample, the shipping charge will be little but if i wanted a large Go kart then the shipping via air is silly price, so sea i is the best way, but buyers don't want to wait for that.

The best solution is for a factory visit, pre check the company, check the samples, make production checks and testing, check certification, see the real life situation on the day. This can be done by you or your company or you use services like our's that give agent verification checks, and buying services that is to your requirements and needs, this way you be happy and have trust with the factory from the start.

Nigeria scams, security internet fraud, help and advice.
Here are some of the issues on the page.

Internet fraud.
Well done, you were right to be suspicious!! Most users of the Internet are nice people but, as in any large population, detestable creeps sometimes emerge from the shadows. Some notes on current fraud techniques follow but check the linked pages for more detail on the false names, company titles and methods used by the criminals:
The lottery fraud, The money laundering fraud, Fraudsters haunting dating/matchmaking websites, The fake job offer fraud. The bank accounts they use. A report on the mail service providers. The fake loan offer fraud . New: The Nigerian service providers.

2006 - Overseas representive scam (fake job offer fraud). Do not accept an invitation to receive funds, keep 8-10% and then send the remainder to a foreign address via Western Union. American and British users of job seeker websites most at risk.

If you are buying or selling goods or a service on the Web - take care (especially if you advertise something on CraigsList or Loot ). The criminals are likely to make you an offer! They will send you stolen or forged cheques. You will spot some strange requests for shipping and payment. They are using "Alert Pay" and "AlertPay International Money Order" in their mail. Let the writer know if you are in doubt, but a request for movement of funds via Western Union will strongly indicate a fraud attempt .

ESCROW. If you see the word "escrow" you need to be very cautious. The criminals are increasingly using fake "escrow" companies in their scams. The victim is sent official looking mail assuring him that a transaction is safe because of the involvement of an escrow service. Another term widely used is "dropshipping". This scam involves a supposed trade in consumer electronics etc. If you are asked to become an agent for a "dropshipper", you could well be a target of the fraudsters.
UK fake bank drafts. "The Organised Vehicle Crime Section of NCIS advises that Lithuanian gangs are responding to private ads in the specialist press and purchasing cars using high quality forged bankers' drafts. By the time the forgery is recognised, usually two to three days later during the clearing phase, the car has been released. The car is either taken back to Lithuania, or immediately sold to second hand Car Dealers in the UK, often accompanied with forged documentation. Typically, gang members will not identify themselves as Lithuanian, but pose as Scandinavian or West European nationals. They tend to buy medium range value cars in the 10k - 15K bracket. Areas affected include London, Suffolk, Nottinghamshire, Wiltshire, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey. NCIS advises vehicle sellers to wait four to five days - until the draft is fully cleared, before releasing vehicles." (Is this sufficient ? J.W.)

The criminals are haunting e-Bay, posing as buyers and sellers. They are sending out mail purporting to come from e-Bay and asking you to send money via Western Union. Please DO NOT send money by this method to a person you do not know well. e-Bay will never ask you to use this method of payment. The criminals are also sending mail purporting to come from BidPay (or Bid Pay). Be very wary if you are an e-Bay user and you receive "TKO Notice: ***Urgent Safeharbor Department Notice***". Look out for forged UPS mail, Constantin Cristian Dan

They want to clone your identity and access your accounts. Don't answer those "Bank Security Update" e-mails and don't give out personal information to "lottery" fraudsters! If you have already done so, you should talk to your bank / credit card company as soon as possible and explain that you are a fraud target.

Tips when you take a L/C payment, letter of credit
Tips on Using a Letter of Credit
When preparing quotations for prospective customers, exporters should keep in mind that banks pay only the amount specified in the letter of credit - even if higher charges for shipping, insurance, or other factors are documented.

Upon receiving a letter of credit, the exporter should carefully compare the letter's terms with the terms of the exporter's pro forma quotation. This point is extremely important, since the terms must be precisely met or the letter of credit may be invalid and the exporter may not be paid. If meeting the terms of the letter of credit is impossible or any of the information is incorrect or misspelled, the exporter should get in touch with the customer immediately and ask for an amendment to the letter of credit to correct the problem.

The exporter must provide documentation showing that the goods were shipped by the date specified in the letter of credit or the exporter may not be paid. Exporters should check with their freight forwarders to make sure that no unusual conditions may arise that would delay shipment. Similarly, documents must be presented by the date specified for the letter of credit to be paid. Exporters should verify with their international bankers that sufficient time will be available for timely presentation.

Exporters should always request that the letter of credit specify that partial shipments and transshipment will be allowed. Doing so prevents unforeseen problems at the last minute

Do you get the most from your order ??
I feel many exporters don't get the most from their orders.

If someone orders a container of ATV bikes, we can think about the other side of the order.

The type of packing used?
How the vehicle is packed inside.
This will reduce customer returns, and bad feedback.

Do you have enough warning information on the carton?
Whats about company information on the carton, you can give email or telephone to call, this can be good for sales and for after sales.

What about a Logo, some people dont remember words, but a logo they will recall !!

Give information before they get the products, the products need setting up, and the battery must be charged, if its the end user the bike could be a mas present and they would not have time on the day to use.

Warnings on the bike, tell customers what they must do before they use it.

Have you checked the user manual?, maybe it needs to be changed, if it's a EEC ATV can have problems if not clear, tell customers that they must check the bike each time before they use it, wear correct safety gear.
Maybe extra info, the battery need to be filled with acid? and charged for 12hrs, but the charger must be the correct type, can not use 160amp car charger or can damage the battery, this will just give you more bad feedback.

Maybe you can buy other items that can be used with the bike, like Helmets, safety clothes, if this factory don't sell you can source from another one and fit in container, again this is good sales and will help your customers, more the saftey issue.

People like to mess with the products, like change spark plugs and oil, but sometimes they don't do it right, fill oil in wrong hole? use wrong oil type, so you must make sure you control this, via manual and warnings, as a happy customer will help you and your business, but not the other way around

Spare parts free, how many?
when a factory gives free spares, they will give any, you must make sure you have correct ones, cables, bulbs, tyres these will need changing, also order more as after sales is important, and sales of parts can be good for business.

Remember when parts are sent, if you have other models, please make sure the parts are all marked, as its very hard to sort them if you have many models

We know the tools given with all bikes are a bit cheap, and when the customer uses them to set the bike up they are not happy, if you get a upgrade, maybe just $1-2 more can get better tools that will be of help.

Many people keep the ATV outside? the end customer don't have large warehouse they just have normal home, so why not give them a weather proof cover to protect the vehicle, this is great for sales and will help the after sales, as many bikes are damaged due to keeping them in proor conditions.

I bought some ATV from one factory and the steering lock fitted was not easy to use, once you did in the correct way it was ok, it was designed like this, but if i had problems than my clients will have the same, so we made extra instructions of how to use this lock, so they can tell their customers.

I know some people get ATV without any oil in the engine, and later they fill with best quality oil , this is great service but will take time, but can not leave for end user

Some customers like the frame in another colour? or use picture on the body, add alarm to the vehicle, change wheels to alloy, remember if the vehicle is EEC than you can not change parts.

Another point, think about what the end user needs to get the product working, like this product will need a bike charger, maybe good idea to buy some in advance and give the customer the chance to buy with the bike

How to start exporting ?
You've decided that it's time to expand your business into the foreign market. Before you jump into exporting with both feet, you need to step back and evaluate where your business is now.

Don't cast a line in foreign waters without doing more exploring on the shores of your own country.

As the first step, sort through what you know and what you need to learn about the international market. Building your exporting capability is going to take time, patience and money. Significant costs are involved from the time you produce the goods to the time they reach the intended market.
You already know how much it costs to produce and sell your goods in your county. Now it's time to add the costs of shipping, international marketing, and an increase in production to handle new orders. Do you have the time to gain the needed skills, or should you look at hiring someone who does have the expertise?

"You don't wake up one morning and say, 'You know, I'd really like to export into India, or China, or Japan,'" says Boucher. "What you have to look at is what is your product or service and, in order to sell your service or product into that market what are all the things you're going to have to think about."

As with any venture, you'll want to have a plan that clearly outlines your expectations and how you're going to meet them.

Failure to plan is the number one reason companies don't succeed as exporters, or worse - go under, says Boucher. Don't get so caught up in your excitement to start exporting that you miss a step in the planning process. Planning will keep you prepared for every potential situation from pricing to production.

Finding a home abroad for your goods or services will require market research. By taking the time to explore the foreign market, you will be better equipped for meeting the wants and needs of potential customers. You will also have a better understanding of how much work it will take to introduce your goods to those customers.

Another research component involves pricing. You need to set a price that makes you a competitive player in the market. How will your prices compare to other exporters and domestic suppliers? Overpricing will keep you out of the market, and under-pricing can create a demand you cannot meet.

The research is done; now it's time to find a buyer. You may have come across possible contacts during the research period. If not, try contacting the International Trade Centres, local Board of Trade, Chamber of Commerce, or other local business associations and the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service.

When it comes time to ship your goods, a lot of paperwork is involved. Hiring a customs broker who knows exactly what's needed could save time and money. If you miss a form, the shipment could get tied up for an indefinite period with an angry buyer on the other end. Customs brokers will also pay tariffs and taxes on your behalf. They are paid through a service fee or a commission on the sale of your goods.

Finding a lawyer who is well versed in international law is a must. You and your buyer will have to sign a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the sale. If something goes wrong, you don't want to be left without your money or your goods and with no idea what to do next.

Now that all the papers are signed and the goods are ready to go, it's time to find a way of getting them there. You can transport goods via land, sea, or air. Consider your timeline and physical location to figure out the most logical means of transportation.

You've put in the time and effort, now comes the payoff. You can use several methods to collect on the sale.

Cash in advance ?This is probably the most favourable option for you, yet the least favourable for the buyer. You would take all or a portion of the payment, whatever the contract dictates, before sending the goods.

Letter of credit ?This payment option is set up through an agreed upon bank. A letter of credit is a common payment method when exporting outside of North America. You send the shipping documents to the bank where they are checked over and guarantee your payment.
"You will need to put a disproportionate amount of time into that first shipment, because you will have to figure out how to get it across without having any problems, and the next would be much more easy for you. Good trading ........
