Have inspection team take digital photos
Always ask the inspection team that you hire to photograh how the goods are packed inside and out. You should also ask them to photograph a few examples of the product itself. This should help insure that they really inspect and not just fill out the paperwork.
Make sure they e-mail you the pictures before you finish the deal.
