I talked with a american customers.when we talked about the delivery charges,he says that his company is a big and credible company, and he is a manager of 3companies.
and have a strong relationship with so many manufacturers in china.if we cannot sent the samples for free,he will look for the other one. we can offer the samples to him but he says that we have to offer the delivery charges too.that is samples charges?
i donot know why.could you please tell me ? is that the big company ,we have to liten to them and do what they want? no no no

Dear sir I am a freshman in doing business ,expecially in using alibaba in our business.before i am the member of alibaba.i always did my business in made in china,ecplaza.ec21 and so on. but now i find that a lot of buyers from alibaba who was met by me before in the made in china.......and some information of them,like the phone number is wrong . what do you think ? what is alibaba advantege? look forwards you reply Best regards Jacky
