Resources Profile - Katherine Cao

Hi, everyone.
I'm Katherine Cao of ZhongMaoDa(Tianjin) International Shipping Agency.However, I'm a green girl in the company, what I needed is experience. Thanks to my boss and colleagues, they taught me a lot, and introduced differnt people to me, which also enriched my experience. But still I think it's vital for me to read more books and take exams relevant to cargo agent so as to learn systematically and completely both in practice and in theory. However, my boss object to my idea, if I took relevant courses, it will occupied my working time.So what should I do?
