Is it possible to have one contact in two groups?

Contact ListThe answer to this question is Yes! If you want to place a contact into two groups:

  1. Move the contact name into one of the destination groups (see above)
  2. Click on the contact name that you wish to move to highlight it
  3. Using the Contacts menu select Manage Contact List > Copy to Group
  4. In the Copy to Group dialog box select the group to which you wish to move the contact using the drop down selection menu
 

How do I delete a group?

There may be times when you wish to delete a group. To delete a group from TradeManager you must first remove all of the contacts from within that group by either deleting them or moving them to another group. Once all contacts have been removed from the group:

  1. Remove Contacts Dialog BoxClick on the group name that you wish to delete to highlight it
  2. Using the Contacts menu select Manage Contact List > Delete Group(s)
  3. In the dialog box that appears, click on the button labeled Yes to confirm that you want to delete this group
  4. The group should now be removed from your contact list
