Jun. 15, 2007 (China Knowledge) – Beijing's Greater China Media and Entertainment (GCME) <GCME> announced Tuesday that it has signed with Mega Vision Productions Ltd to produce and distribute a TV series, tentatively entitled "True Love."

Under the terms of contract, the total investment will be approximately RMB 12.5 million. Out of this, GCME will invest 66% and Mega Vision will invest 34% in five payment installations.

GCME will be entitled to 66% of the profits generated from the series and a 15% commission on the distribution revenue from the Mainland.

While GCME’s responsibility lies in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, and distributing the series to Mainland, Mega Vision will be in charge of shooting, post-production and distribution to the overseas market.

Mega Vision also guaranteed that the series will be completed within eight months after production begins on the scheduled June 2007.

GCME also announced that the director for Hong Kong's version of "True Love", Wong Jing, will supervise and edit the upcoming “True Love.” The famed director has written, directed and produced more than 175 films, with his most recent TV series “Phoenix in Blood” being rated the second most popular show in China last year.

GCME is an integrated professional media and entertainment company with headquarters in Beijing. It covers various areas including film and TV program production, management, promotion and distribution.

Mega Vision Productions Limited is a subsidiary of See Corp. Ltd, a Hong Kong-listed company.
