Reporting spam messages delivered to your Inbox can help Alibaba improve Spam Filter to meet your requirements.

If you find suspected spam messages are delivered to your Inbox, you can report them to Alibaba for further analysis. We will then upgrade your current Spam Filter system. This helps Alibaba review and improve its Spam Filter system to better protect you from unsolicited messages.

1. Go to your "Message Details" page and then click on the "Spam" button to report the spam message you have received:

2. The messages below will be shown on the next page. Click "OK" to submit your report.

The reported message will automatically be sent to Alibaba. We will check your reported message(s) and make the necessary improvements to your Spam Filter.
