How you can avoid receiving unsolicited messages in your "My Alibaba" Message Center.

Alibaba provides a Spam Filter feature in your Message Center to filter unsolicited messages. If you have received spam messages in your "My Alibaba" Inbox, follow the steps below to ensure you have not turned off your Spam Filter by accident.

1.Go to your "Bulk Folder" and check whether the Spam Filter is On or Off.

Note: The bulk folder is the folder in the Message Center of My Alibaba that houses suspected junk mail/spam. Messages may be recovered by clicking "Not Spam." These suspected junk mail/spam messages will be stored here for two months, after which they will be deleted.

2. If your Spam Filter is off, click "Turn On" to activate Spam Filter.

3. Click on "Yes" in the pop-up window to activate your Spam Filter.
