Investigate and prosecute fraudsters

Question:

Are there any websites out there which have the jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute fraudsters?

Answer:

After conducting several searches I was not able to locate a website that provides information on jurisdictions to investigate and prosecute fraudsters. As national laws are different, I suspect it will be difficult if not impossible, to have a one - stop investigation and prosecution agency for the world. What I suggest though is to contact a legal expert where the crime was perpetrated and go from there.

I am robin sale rep. from tianyuan plastic company located in china. For how to prevent the fake seller in china, i have the below suggestions for your reference.

1, Identify the seller     You can ask the seller to provide with its business licence and his/her personal ID for further investigating.

2,Please do with manufacturers rather than trade company. According to my experience, trade company can not ensure the employee stability , that means you will face more business risks while doing business with them.

3, ask a third part to do the factory audit for you before plascing order to ensure you are doing business with a legal and a reputable and stable. Normally, 3th part , such BV. or ITS will do the formal factory inspection as per your assignment. and issue a formal factory audit report.

4,  And you also need to assign the 3 part  company to do the product inspection before shipment to avoid any quality risks.

Kind regards

Robin
