•  Details in upper-case may make the reading and understanding for any potential searchers rather difficult. So we suggest you be careful with upper case and lower case letters within the detail description. 

•  Too many blank spaces and broken paragraphs look awkward and unprofessional. 

•  You should start your description with a salutation like"Dear Sir/Madam", any kind of greetings, or end it with"Yours sincerely", "thank you", "best regards". Sign-offs like "gods bless you" etc. are not advised.

• Do not include information which may be seen as insensitive or offensive to others. 

•  If you prefer not to trade with certain countries or regions, we suggest you simply specify your preferred trade regions or delete inquiries from members from certain regions.
