Four simple steps to identify your new replicas supplier (u must know!!!!)

Step one:


check his e-mail, the staff’s e-mail should be one of his Enterprise Mail.
For example: manager@in-brands.com ends with my own domain name
This ensure I am someone connected with http://www.in-brands.com
If his business e-mail is free mail like; XXX@hotmail.com
XXX@gmail.com etc.
now you have one reason to disbelieve him.

Step two:

The payment method and shipping records (air way bill tracking numbers)
Only accept paypal , then business????
The replicas supplier here in China 99.9% dislike the paypal .
Not because they have big problems in the quality or they are just fraud ,some
Supplier did have excellent quality and good reputation. Few reasons they don’t
Want to deal with you via P.P or M.B just because:
1. P.P takes times & money from suppliers, FIRST ,the fee 20USD charged by paypal (wire transfer ,withdraw into the local bank account), When drawing cash from local bank,they take another2.5% from supplier!!!!
( god damn monopoly industry).because the money are from foreign countries, they must take 2.5% of the transfer .
Maybe you have the experiences waiting behind the long queue in the bank,but you can not ever imagine how worst situation here in China.
Although each branch has about ten service counters ,but only 3-4 people are doing the job. Curious & funny, why they have so many windows for ?they think we spend time here to see some wildlifes through the windows?you get
The ticket and wait ,but it takes ages to your turn,sigh…….
My ex-paypal account has 2500USD MAX limit ,but it is far to catch up with sale per month ,you may suggest me to take three or four credit card. But the fact is that people come to take samples orders (maybe 100USD BUCKS per time),that means I have to go to bank 30 times per month at least,which really kills me.
And I have to wait till the customer receive the goods and they release the money,that is not good for the quick turn over of biz.
Now i am pleased with my regular customers who always choose instant or T/T payment,in minutes I can confirm the payment and send out the orders.I just dump the P.P account, biz base on trust ,if I can Have better way to proof I am sincere supplier ,why need P.P???
The most important is that pls require the printing copy or pictures of the western union bill and tracking numbers(shipping records) from suppliers.
These can make sure you are dealing with the person who ship frequently
And you know whether the goods are delivered to the destination successfully
Or not. You can see the sender’s region and compared with the destination of the package ,to make sure they are the same place.then you can know about how long it takes for them to ship out the things after they get payment.
Maybe you said one or two these information it is easy to get,then tell them to
Offer you more than six,I think that is enough to speak for his reputation and
Efficiency.

Step three:


Use the google search engine to see if they have been doing some frauds
Before.
Take these website http://www.nike-jordan.net and http://www.nikeonline.net
For example:
Key in the website in the google search engine ,you could easily
Get a article named “How is this pos” in the first page
Or second page which post in ALIBABA.COM’s forum.

they have scamed their clients, so some body wrote their tricks
on the forum .

step four:

Ask their staffs for the cost of shipping details,such as the cost
,package while deliver .

If they have this business ,they will know very clearly about the
Shipping cost from different weight of package.
All of them us the EMS OR TNT courier ,you can download the
Price list from the website to study and question them.

and the maximum weight for a express mail no more than
6-8 kilods, sometime to 10 kilos.
Cuz if too big ,easy get blocked by custom.
They will packed like this:
6-7shoes per carton
16-24 pcs t-shirts per carton
4-5 handbags per carton
7-8 jeans per carton

etc
if one guy even don’t know all of these, you should really think about whether to continue with him, never just be concern how reasonable
price he offers to you.

honest is the only way to gain friends and business.
