Recently, Alibaba.com members have reported a new kind of phishing email. This new phishing email pretends to be an Alibaba.com system notification email informing members that the product information they submitted cannot be published because it is an unauthorized replica or a Product that they are not authorized to distribute.
The purpose of this phishing email is to trick you in to clicking the link and then giving up your Member ID and password on a fake sign in page. The scammers then use your Member ID and password to conduct fraudulent activity on Alibaba.com.
To prevent your Alibaba.com account details from being stolen, please do not sign in to your account after clicking any links in this email.
How can I protect my Alibaba.com account details online?
How do I know if I have received a genuine Alibaba.com email?
