1. "spend too much money...the way Taobao fights with eBay, they have 100 bullets, I have 10. So we make them waste bullets shooting at a wall."

3. "eBay globalized their technology platform too quickly...in China today, its not the technology that?s important, it?s how you meet the customers and understand them"
