Nov 26th, 2002 - The Japan SME Entrepreneur Mission, organized by Nikkei BP, visits Alibaba's Research & Development Center in Hangzhou, China.
The 19-member Mission is a collection of SME owners from constructions, food, automobile, printing & publishing, electronics, sports, and service industry. Jack Ma, CEO of Alibaba.com welcomes the arrival of the mission group and Savio Kwan, COO of Alibaba introduced the company's values and management. The Japan Website Operation Department gives a brief speech of the recent development of Alibaba Japan Site to the mission group, who is impressed by Alibaba's rapid growth in 3 years.

Launched in Oct 2002, Alibaba Japan is already a bridge between the China & Japan's trading.
