- Alibaba will never ask for your password or personal information in an email unless you contact us for your account problems.
- Alibaba emails always contain your personal Member ID at the bottom.
- Avoid filling out forms in any email that ask for sensitive information.
- Don't click on suspicious links, always type www.alibaba.com in your browser's address bar and go to My Alibaba to check your account status. .
